Our Rototuna workshop is easy to get to by bike, bus or car, just minutes from Wairere Drive or Resolution Drive shared paths.

Mobile Service

Our mobile workshop comes to youā€”at home, at work, or wherever suits your schedule. Get your bike repaired or serviced while you focus on your day, without the trip to the shop.

    Looking for an on-site bike service around Hamilton or Waikato? Please check whether a mobile visit is available for your location before booking. Workshop-based servicing is also available.

    Where we travel

    We cover Hamilton City and surrounding Waikato towns within approx. 25/30km radius e.g

    • Cambridge
    • Tamahere,
    • Ngaruawahia
    • Horotiu.

    Other locations such as 

    • Raglan, 
    • Te Awamutu 
    • Auckland and beyond 

    These are by arrangement and subject to availability.

     Mobile visits are subject to confirmation for your address, the work required and scheduling availability. Coverage is not guaranteed.

    Availability can vary by location and appointment schedule. Confirm a suitable appointment before making plans.

  • Workshop Bookings

    Prefer a workshop/drop-off service? We offer repairs and servicing from our base in Rototuna. To ensure we can accommodate your bike and timeframe please contact us to make a booking. 

    How long will my service take?

    We will discuss a estimated timeframe when you drop off your bike, please allow a few days for regular workshop services.

    If you have a specific timeframe/deadline please make this known at time of booking to ensure we can meet your needs. 

    If you require parts to be ordered this can take 2-10 days depending on the supplier and availability.

  •  Before you book 

    Please have some key details ready for your booking.

    • Your suburb or town, service address and access details.
    • Your bike's make and model, and whether it is an e-bike.
    • The issue or service needed, with photos if helpful.
    • The number of bikes and your preferred dates or times.

An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Mobile servicing coverage and availability must be confirmed.
